Status Update: Connectingcare Issues

Dear Connectingcare Users,
We had hoped that by upgrading the server, the problems users have been experiencing would be resolved. However, feedback has indicated that some users are still having issues.
As these issues are affecting only some users, it makes it very difficult to diagnose and subsequently resolve. We are continually working on the problem and are hoping to come to a resolution as quickly as possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
